SEMIPRO Guided

A coach in your corner.

Someone who knows your training, your schedule, and your goals. Who reviews your data every week, adjusts when life gets in the way, and tells you whether it's working. Not a plan. A person. In it with you.

What changes

What changes when someone is actually watching.

You’re heard

You tell your coach you had a rough week, and the plan changes. You share a concern, and someone who understands training actually responds. You’re not talking into a void anymore.

You’re guided

Your training is built around you. Your schedule, your body, your goals. Not a template that doesn’t know whether you slept four hours or eight. A coach who adjusts because they’ve seen the data and they know the context.

You’re backed

Someone qualified is checking whether it’s working. Not once. Every week. You stop guessing and start trusting the process, because someone you trust is running it with you.

Your coach

Meet Kabir.

Kabir photo

Kabir is your coach. Not a support agent. Not a chatbot. The person who reviews your training every week, learns how you respond to load, knows when you’re pushing too hard, and adjusts the plan before things go sideways.

He works inside the SEMIPRO training system, the same methodology and framework Damian uses with his 1:1 athletes. But the system isn’t why athletes stay. They stay because Kabir knows them, and they trust him.

[Short quote from Kabir to be added]

Damian leads a monthly live Q&A for all Guided athletes and is active in the community. The training system, the approach, and the progress framework are SEMIPRO’s. But the person in your corner, week in and week out, is Kabir.

What it looks like

Week to week.

Week 1 · Getting started

Your coach reviews your training and gets to know you

You share your data, your goals, your schedule, and what hasn’t been working. Your coach reviews it all, identifies what to focus on, and builds your first block around it. You’ll know what you’re working on and why before your first key session.

I’ve been through your last 90 days. Your aerobic base is solid, the endurance work you’ve been doing has landed. But your power drops off significantly after about 2.5 hours, and that lines up with what you described about fading in the last third of your events. That’s where we’re going to focus this block. I’ve built your first four weeks around extending that ceiling. Here’s the structure and the reasoning...

Every week · Check-in

Your coach tells you what matters and what to adjust

Not a paragraph on every ride. A focused review of the sessions that count, what the data shows, and whether anything needs to shift. You’ll know you’re on track because someone who knows your training is telling you.

Good week. Tuesday’s threshold session was the cleanest you’ve done, you held the targets right through the final interval, which is a real shift from three weeks ago. Saturday’s long ride: your heart rate started drifting earlier than I’d like after 3 hours. Could be the heat, could be fuelling. Let’s keep Sunday easy and I’ll watch next week’s long ride closely. No changes to the plan, you’re tracking well.

When life happens · Adjustment

The plan bends around your life, not the other way round

You had a bad week. Didn’t sleep. Work blew up. Your coach doesn’t just say ‘do what you can’. They restructure the week, what to drop, what to protect, how to come out the other side without digging a hole.

Understood, don’t fight that. Drop Thursday’s intervals completely. Keep Friday as a short spin if you feel like it, nothing forced. Saturday, let’s do 90 minutes easy with 3 x 5 minutes at tempo just to keep the legs turning over. We’ll pick up the intensity next Tuesday when you’ve had some sleep. One adjusted week doesn’t cost you anything. Pushing through a bad week can cost you three.

Week 12 · Progress review

Clear before-and-after on the thing that mattered

Your coach reviews your data against where you started. Same metrics, same lens. What moved, what’s next, and whether to continue, shift focus, or step up. Not a gut feel, a real conversation about your progress.

Twelve weeks in. Your power at 3 hours has gone from 215W to 238W, that’s the limiter we identified on day one and it’s moved meaningfully. Your threshold has come up with it, and the heart rate drift issue has improved. You’re a more durable rider than you were in January. For the next block, I want to shift focus to your race-specific efforts now that the foundation is there. Here’s what I’m thinking...

You’re not in this alone.

The SEMIPRO community

Other riders going through the same thing. Same framework, same coaching language, same weekly rhythm. Shared progress, honest conversations, and the kind of peer understanding you don’t get from a training app or a group ride with people who don’t train the way you do.

Common questions

FAQ.

What happens after I sign up?
You fill in a short form, goals, current training, schedule, what’s not been working. Your coach reviews your data within 48 hours, and you’ll have a conversation about your focus before the first key session.
How is this different from a training plan?
A plan doesn’t know you. It doesn’t know you had a bad week, it doesn’t know your power fades after three hours, and it doesn’t adjust when things change. Guided gives you the plan plus a coach who’s actually paying attention.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Your coach reviews your progress, sets the focus for the next block, and you continue. Each cycle has a clear before-and-after. You can stay on Guided, step up to PRO, or take what you’ve built and go self-directed.
How much training time do I need?
Most Guided athletes train 6 to 15 hours a week. The plan is built around what you have, not what’s ideal.
I’ve been using TrainerRoad or Zwift or another platform.
Many Guided athletes come from those platforms. Your coach uses your existing data and builds from there.
Can I talk to Damian directly?
Monthly live Q&A plus community access. For weekly 1:1 coaching with Damian, that’s PRO.
What if I need more than Guided offers?
Your coach will tell you. If your needs outgrow the framework, PRO is there. No pressure. If Guided is doing the job, stay.
